Not at all! The program is 100% online. All coaching calls are via Zoom, and support is through WhatsApp. I work with clients across Australia and internationally.

What if I can't make the live group calls?

Every call is recorded and available for replay. But I strongly encourage attending live - the community support and real-time troubleshooting are invaluable.

Will this work if I'm on a GLP-1 medication?

Absolutely. The program includes specific GLP-1 + Weight Loss Surgery protocols. You'll learn how to eat strategically when you have zero appetite so you don't lose muscle or crash your metabolism.

What's the time commitment each week?
